Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Librarian professional services rendered by Bayerische Bibliotheksdienste GmbH to Münchner Stadtbibliothek e.V. during the period of January 2025 through June 2025 in Munich, Germany. All services were performed in compliance with the German Library Association (BIB) professional standards and the Bavarian State Library Act (Bayerisches Bibliotheksgesetz).
2. The Librarian services described in this Invoice include all travel time within the Munich metropolitan area. Travel to locations outside the city of Munich would be billed separately at a rate of €1.50 per kilometre.
3. All intellectual property rights in reports, plans, and documentation produced under this engagement transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Librarian retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications with prior written consent.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Germany.
