Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 28 June 2025. Payment is to be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account detailed below. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Ghana Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663).

Additional Notes & Compliance Statement
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) invoicing regulations and the standards set by the Ghana Library Association for professional Librarian engagements. All services described herein were performed by a duly licensed Librarian operating within the jurisdiction of Ghana Accra, West Africa.
The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables listed above. The collection audit report (Item 5) and the digital migration project files (Item 2) have been handed over to the Chief Librarian of the Accra Metropolitan Public Library Authority on 2 June 2025, with signed acceptance forms retained in both parties' records.
Should any dispute arise regarding the scope, quality, or billing of the Librarian services rendered, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation under the Ghana Arbitration Act, 2005 (Act 698) before pursuing any legal action in the courts of Ghana Accra.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the service period indicated. No additional fees, travel expenses, or material costs are applicable beyond the amounts itemised above, as all such costs were pre-negotiated and incorporated into the hourly rates agreed upon in the original service contract dated 28 April 2025.
