Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017, and all applicable regulations governing professional services in India New Delhi. The 18% GST rate applies to Librarian professional services as classified under SAC 998319.
2. Payment is due within 15 days from the date of issue of this Invoice. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025.
3. The Librarian services described herein are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 January 2025, executed between Delhi Knowledge Archives Pvt. Ltd. and the National Research Institute of Sciences, New Delhi. All intellectual property rights in reports, catalogues, and metadata created under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full payment.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Librarian services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and GST calculations may be subject to revision based on prevailing government notifications in India New Delhi.
6. The assigned Lead Librarian, Dr. Ananya Sharma, holds a valid professional license issued by the Delhi State Council of Library and Information Science. All supporting Librarian staff are registered members of the Indian Library Association (ILA), New Delhi Chapter.
7. This document constitutes a tax invoice as per Rule 46 of the CGST Rules, 2017. A duplicate copy may be requested from [email protected] with a written application on the client's letterhead.
