Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement No. UT-LIB-2025-012 signed between Tehran Metropolitan Library Services Co. and the University of Tehran, Faculty of Humanities, dated 10 Bahman 1403 (January 30, 2025).
2. All librarian services described herein shall be performed in compliance with the standards set by the Iranian National Library and Archives Organization (INLAO) and the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) guidelines.
3. The digitized manuscripts under Item 2 shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the University of Tehran. The librarian service provider retains no rights to reproduce, distribute, or publish said materials without written authorization.
4. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this invoice must be approved in writing by both parties prior to commencement. Additional work will be billed at the standard Tehran metropolitan librarian hourly rate of 1,200,000 IRR per hour.
5. This invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments beyond the due date of 30 Farvardin 1404 shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as stipulated under Iranian commercial law (Article 512 of the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran).
6. The service provider, Dr. Maryam Ahmadi, holds a valid professional librarian license issued by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Tehran, and is registered with the Iranian Association of Librarians and Information Scientists (IALIS).
