Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) e-Invoice guidelines effective 1 January 2025. All transactions are recorded in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 5% per annum as stipulated under the Malaysian Contracts Act 1950.
- All Librarian services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the professional code of ethics established by the Malaysian Library and Information Association (MALIA). The assigned Librarian holds a valid practising certificate issued by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
- Service delivery is confined to the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any travel beyond a 50-kilometre radius from the Kuala Lumpur city centre will be billed separately at cost.
- The client acknowledges that all intellectual property, including but not limited to catalogue designs, training curricula, and programme frameworks developed by the Librarian, remain the property of Kuala Lumpur Professional Librarian Services Sdn. Bhd. unless explicitly transferred in a separate agreement.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation under the Malaysian Mediation Centre (MMC) before proceeding to litigation in the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
