Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Librarian, Dra. María Elena Gutiérrez Ramírez, operating under the legal entity Biblioteca Profesional de la CDMX, S.A. de C.V., registered in Mexico, Mexico City. All services described herein were rendered in accordance with the professional standards established by the Colegio de Bibliotecarios de México.
2. Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: BBVA México, Account No. 0123-4567-8901, CLABE: 012180001234567890, in Mexican Pesos (MXN). The client is advised that late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% as stipulated by Mexican commercial law (Código de Comercio).
3. The Librarian warrants that all cataloging, classification, and research services performed for this Invoice were executed with professional diligence and in compliance with applicable Mexican intellectual property regulations (Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor). All metadata and bibliographic records generated remain the property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Mexico City, Mexico. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying service agreement is the federal and local legislation of the United Mexican States, with specific reference to the regulations of the Ciudad de México.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Librarian services rendered during the period of May 1, 2025, through June 14, 2025. No additional fees or costs are owed beyond the amounts specified herein. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables, including the digital reference system, the research dossier, and the library audit report, all of which were completed and handed over at the Mexico City premises.
6. For tax purposes, this Invoice has been registered with the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) of Mexico. The client may request a CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) copy by contacting the Librarian's office at the address listed above in Mexico, Mexico City.
