Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Casablanca Knowledge & Archives, a registered professional Librarian services firm operating in Morocco Casablanca, in accordance with Moroccan commercial law and the regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI).
2. All Librarian services described herein were performed in compliance with the professional code of ethics established by the Moroccan Association of Librarians and Information Professionals (AMLI). The Librarian team maintained strict confidentiality regarding all archival materials and patron data handled during the engagement.
3. Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date via bank transfer to the RIB account specified above. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in Moroccan commercial code Article 431.
4. The Librarian services rendered under this Invoice are subject to a 90-day quality guarantee. Should any cataloguing error, metadata inconsistency, or training deficiency be identified within this period, Casablanca Knowledge & Archives will rectify the issue at no additional cost to the client.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for all Librarian services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 31 May 2025 at the specified Morocco Casablanca locations. Any additional services requested outside this scope will be invoiced separately.
6. The client is requested to retain this Invoice for a minimum of ten (10) years in accordance with Moroccan accounting retention requirements. A digital copy has been transmitted to the client's finance department via secure email on the date of issue.
