Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All Librarian services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the professional standards set by the Myanmar Library Association and the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA).
2. The Lead Librarian, Dr. Khin Thida Aung, holds a valid professional license issued by the Myanmar Ministry of Education and is a certified member of the Myanmar Library Association (MLA) with membership number MLA-2019-0876.
3. All work related to the Myanmar Yangon archive collection was conducted under the supervision of the Yangon Regional Public Library Authority and in compliance with the Myanmar National Archives Act.
4. This Invoice covers services rendered exclusively within the service period of 01 May 2025 to 31 May 2025. Any additional work requested outside this period will be invoiced separately.
5. All amounts are stated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). Exchange rates, if applicable for international remittance, shall be determined by the receiving bank on the date of transfer.
6. The client is requested to retain this Invoice for their official records and for any future audit requirements by the Myanmar Yangon municipal authority or the Ministry of Finance.
