Terms & Conditions – Librarian Services in New Zealand Auckland
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Librarian services rendered in the Auckland region of New Zealand. All services were delivered in compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and applicable Auckland City Council data handling policies.
2. The Librarian services described herein are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 1 January 2025 between Auckland Knowledge & Archives Librarian Services and the Auckland City Council Libraries & Information Services Division.
3. Late payment on this Invoice will incur interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Interest on Debts Act 1997, calculated daily from the due date until full payment is received.
4. All intellectual property, reports, and documentation produced by the Librarian as part of the services described in this Invoice remain the property of the Auckland City Council upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law and, where applicable, the jurisdiction of the District Court in Auckland, New Zealand.
6. This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-issuance and additional administrative fees as per New Zealand tax regulations.
