Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers professional Librarian services rendered exclusively within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area during the stated service period. Any additional services beyond the scope outlined above will be invoiced separately.
2. The Librarian, Mrs. Funke Adebayo, is a fully registered professional with the Nigerian Library and Information Professionals Association (NLIBPA) and holds a valid practice license for the Nigeria Lagos jurisdiction.
3. Late payment on this Invoice will attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service guidelines applicable in Nigeria Lagos.
4. All intellectual property, cataloguing records, and metadata created by the Librarian during the engagement remain the property of the client, Lagos State University, upon full settlement of this Invoice.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of applicable tax rates in Nigeria Lagos.
