2. The Librarian, Ing. Ricardo Salazar Mendoza, warrants that all professional services were performed in accordance with the ethical code of the Colegio de Bibliotecarios del Perú and applicable national standards.
3. All intellectual property generated as part of the cataloging, digitization, and reporting services remains the exclusive property of the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, Peru Lima.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of the judicial district of Lima, Peru. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
5. This document is issued in compliance with the SUNAT (Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria) electronic invoicing regulations in force in Peru as of 2025.
