Notes and Terms of Service
1. This Invoice covers professional Librarian services rendered exclusively within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area during the service period of May 2025. All Librarian personnel assigned to this engagement are licensed and registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines.
2. The Librarian team deployed for this Invoice includes one (1) Senior Librarian, two (2) Mid-Level Librarians, and one (1) Junior Librarian, all operating under the supervision of the Chief Librarian of Manila Knowledge & Archives Services, Inc.
3. All services described in this Invoice comply with the standards set by the Philippine Library Association and the National Library of the Philippines. The Librarian services provided adhere to the Philippine Copyright Law (Republic Act No. 8293) and data privacy regulations (Data Privacy Act of 2012, Republic Act No. 10173).
4. This Invoice is subject to audit by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Philippines Manila District Office. An Official Receipt (OR) will be issued upon full settlement of this Invoice. The OR number will be communicated via email within five (5) business days of payment confirmation.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction, in accordance with the Philippine Rules of Civil Procedure. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying service agreement is the civil law of the Republic of the Philippines.
6. Manila Knowledge & Archives Services, Inc. reserves the right to issue a corrected Invoice if any clerical errors are identified within ten (10) days of the original Invoice date. No additional charges will be imposed for corrected Invoice issuance.
