This invoice covers all professional librarian services rendered in Doha, Qatar, during the period of March 2025 through June 2025. All services were performed in accordance with the Qatar National Library Authority's operational guidelines and the professional standards set forth by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA).
Terms & Conditions
1. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Qatar's commercial transaction regulations.
2. All services described in this invoice were delivered by a qualified professional librarian operating under the jurisdiction of the State of Qatar. The service provider holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized institution and is registered with the Qatar Professional Librarians Association.
3. The client acknowledges that all intellectual property, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the Qatar National Library Authority upon full and final payment of this invoice.
4. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law (Law No. 2 of 2017).
5. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised invoice reflecting any applicable adjustments.
6. The 5% Qatar Value Added Tax (VAT) has been applied in compliance with the Qatar Tax Authority regulations effective from 1 January 2019.
