Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, as stipulated in the service agreement between the Dar es Salaam Public Library Authority and the Mwananchi Community Education Trust. Payment is to be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the following account:

The Librarian services described in this Invoice were rendered in accordance with the professional standards set by the Tanzania Library and Information Association (TLIA) and the guidelines of the National Library of Tanzania. All work was performed at the designated community reading centre located in the Mwenge Ward of Tanzania Dar es Salaam, with additional advisory visits to the Dar es Salaam Regional Library Authority offices in Kariakoo.
The Senior Librarian, Ms. Amina Hassan, holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a certified member of the Tanzania Library and Information Association. Her professional registration number is TLIA-2019-0456. All services were delivered with full compliance to the Tanzania Employment and Labour Act and applicable data protection regulations.
This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the service period of March through May 2025. Any additional Librarian services requested beyond the scope of Contract No. MCE-2025-0031 will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from both parties. The Dar es Salaam Public Library Authority reserves the right to issue a credit note or supplementary Invoice should any adjustments to the scope of work be mutually agreed upon in writing.
