Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 10 January 2025 between the undersigned Librarian consultant and the Thailand Bangkok Metropolitan Library Authority.
2. All librarian services described herein were performed within the Bangkok metropolitan area, Thailand, and are subject to the professional standards set by the Thai Library Association and the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA).
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai commercial law.
4. The withholding tax deduction of 3% has been applied in compliance with Section 69 of the Thai Revenue Code. The client is responsible for remitting the withheld amount to the Thai Revenue Department within seven days of payment.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Central Court, Thailand.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered during the period specified. No additional fees shall be incurred beyond the amounts listed unless a written amendment to the Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
