This Invoice is issued by a certified professional Librarian operating under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Turkey, specifically within the Istanbul metropolitan area. All services rendered were performed in accordance with the standards set forth by the Turkish Library Association (Türk Kütüphaneciler Derneği) and the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA).
The Librarian services described herein were executed at the Istanbul Metropolitan Public Library premises and at the Beyazıt Historical Archive. All intellectual property rights pertaining to the metadata, cataloguing records, and digital assets created during the engagement period remain the property of the client institution, as stipulated in the service agreement dated 28 April 2025.
This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the service period of May 2025. Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the original contract will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the Chief Librarian of the client institution.
Payment Terms & Instructions
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (EFT/Havale) to the IBAN account specified above, or by check payable to "Istanbul Knowledge & Archive Services" at the Ziraat Bankası Istanbul Beyoğlu branch.
- In the event of late payment, a penalty interest of 1.5% per month (as per Turkish Commercial Code, Article 30) shall be applied to the outstanding balance.
- Please reference the Invoice number INV-2025-IST-00847 in all correspondence and payment remittances to ensure proper accounting reconciliation.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of one (1) year from the issue date in accordance with Turkish commercial record-keeping requirements.
