The Librarian services detailed in this Invoice have been delivered in accordance with the standards set by the Uganda Library and Information Association (ULIA) and the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA). All archival work was conducted in compliance with the Uganda National Archives and Records Management Act, 2011.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2000. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial record and must be retained by both parties for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by the Uganda Revenue Authority for tax compliance purposes.
