Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
Payment Due: Full payment of AED 40,082.50 is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per United Arab Emirates commercial law.

Service Scope: All Librarian services rendered under this invoice are performed in accordance with the professional standards set by the Dubai Library Association and the United Arab Emirates Information Professionals Society. The Librarian, Mr. James A. Whitfield, holds a valid professional license issued by the Dubai Municipality and is registered with the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Culture and Youth.
Confidentiality: All materials, records, and institutional data accessed by the Librarian during the course of service in Dubai shall remain the exclusive property of Dubai International Academic Institute. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent, in compliance with United Arab Emirates Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- This invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
- All amounts are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- The Librarian reserves the right to issue a supplementary invoice for any additional services requested beyond the scope defined in the original service agreement dated 20 April 2025.
- Disputes arising from this invoice shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
