1. This invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue, in accordance with the agreed payment terms set out in the Master Service Agreement between Birmingham Metropolitan Library Services Ltd. and West Midlands County Council.
2. All services described herein were performed by a qualified professional Librarian in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and are subject to the intellectual property and confidentiality provisions of the governing contract.
3. In the event of a dispute regarding any item on this invoice, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should resolution not be achievable, the matter shall be referred to the courts of England and Wales, with Birmingham designated as the primary jurisdiction for any proceedings.
4. This invoice constitutes a valid tax document for the purposes of United Kingdom tax law. A duplicate copy may be requested in writing by referencing the invoice number BML-2025-0487.
