Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days from the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Saigon Knowledge Services Co., Ltd. at Vietcombank, Branch: District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Account Number: 0091001234567. Beneficiary: Saigon Knowledge Services Co., Ltd.
All Librarian services rendered under this Invoice are governed by the contract agreement dated 01 May 2025 (Contract Ref: SKS-HCMC-2025-0112). Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the People's Court of District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, in accordance with Vietnamese commercial law.
Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day on the outstanding balance as stipulated in the Vietnamese Civil Code. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax or regulatory changes in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
Notes & Additional Information
1. All Librarian services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the professional standards set by the Vietnam Association of Librarians and Information Scientists (VALIS).
2. The Senior Librarian, Mr. Le Van Duc, holds a valid professional practice license issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, valid through December 2026.
3. All digital metadata and cataloging records produced under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Ho Chi Minh City Public Library System. The Librarian service provider retains no rights to the content.
4. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with Circular No. 78/2021/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam regarding electronic invoicing requirements. A stamped hard copy of this Invoice is available upon request at our office in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
