Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Harare Professional Librarian Services in accordance with the service agreement dated 1 January 2025 between the contracted Librarian, Mr. Farai Ncube, and the Harare City Council Library Division. All services described herein were performed within the Harare metropolitan area, Zimbabwe, during the period of 1 May 2025 to 14 June 2025.

Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Kindly quote the Invoice number on all correspondence and remittances. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply to outstanding balances after the due date of 30 June 2025.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Librarian services rendered in Zimbabwe, specifically within the Harare metropolitan region. All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) as per the service contract.
2. The Librarian services described in this Invoice have been completed and verified by the undersigned. A detailed service report and deliverables checklist are attached to this Invoice as Annexure A.
3. All intellectual property, including bibliographies, cataloguing records, and training materials produced under this engagement, shall remain the property of the Harare City Council Library Division upon full settlement of this Invoice.
4. This Invoice is subject to the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) tax regulations. The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) applied is in compliance with the Zimbabwean fiscal framework. A ZIMRA-compliant tax invoice can be issued upon request.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. The jurisdiction of the High Court of Harare shall apply.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Librarian reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable.
