Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with Mexican tax regulations (SAT - Servicio de Administración Tributaria). A digital CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) will be provided upon payment confirmation.
2. All Marine Engineer services have been performed by licensed professionals registered with the appropriate Mexican engineering authorities and holding valid certifications for maritime operations.
3. Payment is due within 30 days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with Mexican commercial law.
4. All work performed complies with applicable regulations including the Ley de Navegación y Comercio Marítimos, NOM standards, and international maritime conventions ratified by Mexico.
5. Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 15 days of receipt. Failure to do so will constitute acceptance of the charges.
6. This Invoice and all related services are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in Mexico City courts.
7. All technical reports, certifications, and documentation generated by the Marine Engineer during this engagement remain the property of Oceana Engineering Solutions until full payment is received.
