1. All Marine Engineer services provided by Thailand Marine Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. are performed in accordance with international maritime standards and Thai regulatory requirements.
2. This Invoice is valid for payment within 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, late payment penalties will apply.
3. All work performed by our Marine Engineer team is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from completion, excluding normal wear and tear.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Thailand and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangkok.
5. VAT is calculated in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act of Thailand and is non-refundable.
