Please make checks payable to Pacific Coast Marine Engineering. For wire transfers, please contact our accounts receivable department for banking details. Payments received after the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee in accordance with California Commercial Code.
Service Scope & Liability:
This Invoice covers all labor and materials provided by our team of licensed Marine Engineers for the vessel MV Pacific Horizon. All work performed adheres to the standards set by the American Bureau of Shipping and the United States Coast Guard. Pacific Coast Marine Engineering warrants all repairs for a period of 90 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.
Our engineers have conducted a thorough inspection of the vessel's mechanical systems while docked in Los Angeles. Any issues identified outside the scope of this Invoice have been documented in a separate maintenance recommendation report provided to the ship's captain.
