Terms & Conditions – Marketing Manager Services in China Beijing
This Invoice is issued by Beijing Apex Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. for professional services rendered by our designated Marketing Manager to Shanghai Horizon Technology Group. All services were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated November 1, 2024, and are subject to the following terms:
- The Marketing Manager engaged under this Invoice is Ms. Wang Xiaomei, PMP, CMI, who has been operating out of our China Beijing headquarters for the duration of the service period specified above.
- All deliverables, reports, and strategic documents produced by the Marketing Manager are the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
- The Marketing Manager's services are governed by the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and applicable Beijing municipal regulations regarding professional services and data privacy.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Marketing Manager engagement shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice must be requested in writing.
- All amounts are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY). The Marketing Manager's compensation includes all statutory social insurance contributions and housing fund payments as required by China Beijing labor regulations.
- The client acknowledges that the Marketing Manager's work involves access to proprietary market data specific to the China Beijing region, and all such data shall be handled in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the PRC.
By accepting this Invoice, the client confirms that all services rendered by the Marketing Manager during the stated period have been completed to the client's satisfaction and that the charges listed herein are accurate and agreed upon.
