Notes and Terms
1. This invoice covers professional services rendered by our Marketing Manager, Mr. Alessandro De Luca, during the period of May 2025. All services were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025 (Contract Ref: MSA-2025-0012).
2. The Marketing Manager's services include strategic consulting, campaign execution oversight, and performance analytics as detailed in the line items above. All work was conducted primarily at our Naples headquarters and at the client's offices in Positano, Italy.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. In the event of non-payment by the due date, interest will accrue at the rate prescribed by Italian law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284) plus a fixed compensation of €40 per invoice as per Art. 1284, paragraph 2.
4. This invoice is issued in compliance with Italian electronic invoicing regulations (Fatturazione Elettronica) as mandated by the Agenzia delle Entrate. The corresponding electronic invoice (XML format) has been transmitted via the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) on the issue date.
5. All intellectual property, campaign materials, and strategic documents created by the Marketing Manager during the engagement period remain the exclusive property of Positano Hospitality Group S.p.A. upon full settlement of this invoice.
6. For any disputes arising from this invoice, the competent court shall be the Tribunal of Naples (Tribunale di Napoli), Italy, in accordance with the governing law of the Italian Republic.
7. This invoice is valid for a period of 12 months from the issue date. Please retain this document for your accounting records in compliance with Italian tax regulations (DPR 633/1972).
