Notes, Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 01 June 2025 between Strategic Growth Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Himalayan Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. for the provision of Marketing Manager services in Nepal Kathmandu.
- The Marketing Manager, Ms. Anisha Gurung, will be dedicated exclusively to the client's account during the billing period. Any additional scope of work beyond the described services will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of the Marketing Manager's professional expertise, local market knowledge of Nepal Kathmandu, and all standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Kathmandu time).
- VAT at 13% and Service Tax at 6% have been applied as per the prevailing tax regulations of the Government of Nepal. The client is responsible for any additional withholding tax as applicable under Nepali tax law.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision.
- All intellectual property created by the Marketing Manager during the engagement period shall remain the property of the client upon full and complete payment of this Invoice.
- For any disputes arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through amicable negotiation in Kathmandu, Nepal, before resorting to legal proceedings.
- This Invoice serves as the official financial document for the Marketing Manager's services rendered and is to be retained by the client for their accounting and tax filing purposes in Nepal.
