1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All amounts are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
2. The Marketing Manager services described herein are provided by a certified professional operating under the supervision of Al-Riyadh Digital Solutions LLC. All deliverables, reports, and strategic documents produced under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
3. This Invoice covers services rendered in the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and all associated travel, accommodation, and local transportation costs within the Riyadh metropolitan area are included in the stated rates. Any travel outside the Riyadh region will be billed separately at cost.
4. The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) applied on this Invoice is in compliance with the Saudi Arabian VAT law (Royal Decree No. M/247). A VAT-registered Invoice is provided to the client for their tax credit claims.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice must be reissued to reflect any applicable regulatory changes in Saudi Arabia Riyadh tax or commercial requirements.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
