Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment is to be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the account of Sahel Digital Marketing Agency, Bank: BICC, Account No: 0001234567890, SWIFT: BICCSN2D, located in Dakar, Senegal.
Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Senegalese commercial law. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. All services rendered by the Marketing Manager are subject to the master service agreement dated 01 January 2025 between the parties.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All services described in this Invoice were performed by the designated Marketing Manager, Awa Ndiaye, and her supervised team at the client's premises in Senegal Dakar and at our agency office in Plateau, Dakar.
2. The Marketing Manager's professional fees include all travel within the Dakar metropolitan area. Any travel outside Senegal Dakar to other regions (Thiès, Saint-Louis, Ziguinchor, etc.) will be invoiced separately.
3. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Senegalese tax code (Code Général des Impôts). The 18% TVA applied is the standard rate for professional services in Senegal.
4. Please retain this Invoice for your accounting records. A duplicate copy may be requested from [email protected] with reference number SDM-2025-0347.
5. The Marketing Manager reserves the right to intellectual property over all strategic frameworks, templates, and proprietary methodologies developed during the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
