Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement between Kampala Digital Solutions Ltd. and East African Retail Group (EARG) for the provision of Marketing Manager services in Uganda Kampala. Please note the following terms:
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Stanbic Bank Uganda, Account No. 0102345678901, Branch: Kampala Main, Uganda Kampala.
- A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with Uganda's commercial law provisions.
- All amounts are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). The Marketing Manager services rendered are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA).
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Uganda Kampala in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Uganda.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers the complete engagement of Ms. Grace Nakato as the dedicated Marketing Manager for East African Retail Group for the second quarter of 2025. All services were delivered from our primary office located in Uganda Kampala. The Marketing Manager oversaw all brand communications, digital marketing initiatives, market research activities, and team management functions as outlined in the master service agreement dated 1 January 2025.
