Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Afghan Afghani (AFN) via bank transfer to the account of Kabul Mason & Construction Services at Kabul Bank, Branch: Darulaman, Afghanistan Kabul. Account No: 0045-2218-7734. SWIFT: KBLBAFAF.
A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. The client acknowledges that all masonry work described in this Invoice has been completed to the satisfaction of the project supervisor and meets the specifications outlined in Contract NRD-2025-112.
All materials used in the masonry work comply with the Afghanistan National Building Standards (ANS) and the specific requirements of the Kabul Municipality Directorate of Urban Planning. The Mason team responsible for this project holds valid trade licenses issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Republic of Afghanistan.
Notes & Additional Information
1. This Invoice covers all masonry and stonework services rendered by Kabul Mason & Construction Services at the client's property in the Shahr-e-Nau district of Afghanistan Kabul between 01 May 2025 and 10 June 2025.
2. A two-year structural warranty is provided on all load-bearing masonry elements. The decorative stone cladding carries a five-year finish warranty against cracking, spalling, and color degradation under normal weather conditions in the Afghanistan Kabul region.
3. All waste materials generated during the masonry construction and repair process have been removed from the site and disposed of in accordance with Kabul municipal environmental regulations. The site has been cleaned and made safe for occupancy.
4. The client is advised to schedule a follow-up inspection with our senior Mason after the first winter season to verify the performance of all mortar joints and waterproofing elements. This inspection is complimentary and will be coordinated by our office in Afghanistan Kabul.
5. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated masonry work, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation under the Afghanistan Commercial Arbitration Act before pursuing any legal action in the courts of Kabul.
