Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account specified above or by certified cheque payable to Dhaka Mason & Construction Services Ltd. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. The advance payment of BDT 500,000.00 received on 01 June 2025 has been deducted from the total. All Mason services described in this Invoice are subject to the signed contract agreement dated 25 May 2025. The client acknowledges that all masonry work will be carried out in compliance with Bangladesh Dhaka municipal building regulations and standards set by the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All Mason work rates quoted in this Invoice are inclusive of skilled labor, tools, and standard masonry materials (bricks, cement, sand, and binding wire) unless otherwise specified. Special decorative bricks or imported materials will be billed separately.
2. The project timeline for all Mason services listed in this Invoice is estimated at six (6) weeks from the commencement date of 01 June 2025, subject to weather conditions and site accessibility in Bangladesh Dhaka.
3. Any additional Mason work requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will require a written change order and will be invoiced separately at the prevailing rates.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on material cost fluctuations in the Bangladesh Dhaka market.
5. The Mason contractor guarantees all masonry work for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion, covering defects in workmanship only. Structural issues arising from design or soil conditions are excluded from this warranty.
6. Please retain this Invoice for your records. A duplicate copy may be requested from our office in Bangladesh Dhaka by providing the Invoice number DMS-2025-04872.
