This Invoice is issued by Mason Construction & Stoneworks Co., Ltd., a registered masonry and stoneworks enterprise operating in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. All masonry services described herein were performed in strict compliance with the Chinese national standard GB 50207-2012 (Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Masonry Structures) and the local Guangzhou Municipal Construction Quality Supervision Bureau guidelines.
The quantities listed reflect work completed and verified by the on-site Mason quality assurance team as of June 12, 2025. Any additional masonry work performed beyond the scope of this Invoice will be subject to a separate change-order document and supplementary Invoice.
All natural stone materials (granite, marble) were sourced from certified quarries in Guangdong and Fujian provinces and passed Mason's internal quality inspection prior to installation. Material test certificates are available upon request and are archived at the Mason Guangzhou headquarters.
This Invoice is valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the issue date. After this period, the Invoice must be reissued to remain compliant with the tax reporting requirements of the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China.
For any disputes or queries regarding this Invoice, please contact the Mason Guangzhou billing department within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. All communications should reference the Invoice number and project reference stated above.
