Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account maintained by Mason Construction & Engineering Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, China:

A late payment penalty of 0.05% per calendar day shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the terms stipulated in the master service agreement executed in Shanghai. All amounts are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB). This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Tax Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant Shanghai Municipal tax regulations.
Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice covers all masonry and related construction services rendered by Mason Construction & Engineering Co., Ltd. at the Riverside Commercial Complex site in Pudong, Shanghai, China, during the period specified above. No additional charges shall apply for work completed within the scope of Contract No. SPU-2025-0089.
2. All masonry work has been inspected and certified as compliant by the Shanghai Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau. Certificates of conformity and material test reports are available upon request and are archived at the Mason Shanghai headquarters office.
3. The warranty period for all structural masonry work is five (5) years from the date of final acceptance, and for decorative masonry and facade work, it is two (2) years, as per the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice must be reissued by the Mason billing department in Shanghai.
5. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services, the parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
6. This document constitutes a formal Invoice and a valid fiscal voucher for tax deduction purposes in the People's Republic of China. A corresponding VAT special Invoice (fapiao) has been issued separately and delivered to the client's finance department.
