Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the terms of Contract No. CT-MASN-2025-031 between Mason Construction & Masonry Services S.A.S. (hereinafter "Mason") and Inversiones del Norte S.A.S. (hereinafter "the Client"), both legally domiciled in the Republic of Colombia.
2. All masonry and construction services described herein have been executed in compliance with the Colombian National Construction Standards (NTC), the applicable building code of Bogotá D.C. (Código de Construcción de Bogotá), and the environmental regulations enforced by the CVC (Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca) for the Chía, Cundinamarca project site.
3. The amounts stated in this invoice are in Colombian Pesos (COP). The applicable Value Added Tax (IVA) rate of 19% has been applied as mandated by the Colombian tax authority (DIAN – Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales).
4. The 4% withholding tax (Retención en la Fuente) has been deducted in accordance with Article 382 of the Colombian Tax Code (Estatuto Tributario). The Client is responsible for remitting this amount to the DIAN within the legally prescribed period.
5. Mason reserves the right to issue a credit note or supplementary invoice should any adjustments to the scope of work be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties during the project execution period.
6. This invoice constitutes a valid tax document (factura electrónica) under the Colombian electronic invoicing regulations (Resolución DIAN 000042 de 2023). The electronic signature and UUID have been registered with the DIAN platform.
7. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with Colombian civil and commercial law.
