- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for masonry and construction services rendered by Mason Construction & Design in Medellín, Colombia, under Contract No. PRJ-MED-2025-0192.
- All work performed complies with the National Structural Design Standards (NSR-10) and the specific urban planning regulations of the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
- The masonry work described in this Invoice carries a structural warranty of ten (10) years and a workmanship warranty of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance, as mandated by Colombian construction law.
