Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Kinshasa Mason & Construction Services, a registered masonry and construction firm operating in DR Congo Kinshasa. Payment of the full Invoice amount of $39,322.95 is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank: BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo), Account Name: Kinshasa Mason & Construction Services, Account Number: 0012-3456-7890-1, SWIFT: BCCOCDKK. Alternatively, payment may be made in Congolese Francs (CDF) at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of payment at any BCC branch in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance on this Invoice after the due date. The Mason and his team reserve the right to suspend all masonry work on site in DR Congo Kinshasa if payment is not received within the stipulated period.
All masonry work described in this Invoice is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of completion, covering structural integrity, mortar adhesion, and waterproofing performance under normal residential use conditions in the Kinshasa climate.

The client acknowledges that this Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all masonry services rendered.
