Description of Mason Work Performed in Cairo, Egypt

This invoice pertains to comprehensive masonry services rendered by Nile Stone Masonry Co. at the client's residential property located in the Maadi District of Cairo, Egypt. The mason team, led by Master Mason Khaled Ibrahim, executed a full scope of stone and brick masonry work in accordance with the approved architectural plans and the building regulations set forth by the Cairo Governorate's Department of Urban Planning and Construction.

The masonry work included the construction of a new perimeter boundary wall using locally sourced Egyptian limestone blocks, the installation of decorative stone cladding on the main facade of the residence, the laying of a traditional Cairo-style arched entryway using hand-cut granite, and the repair and reinforcement of the existing interior load-bearing brick walls on the second floor. All masonry work was carried out in compliance with Egyptian Building Code (EBC) standards and the specific guidelines issued by the Cairo Municipality for structural masonry in the Greater Cairo metropolitan area.

All materials, including Egyptian limestone, granite, red clay bricks, and Portland cement, were procured from licensed suppliers within Cairo and the surrounding Giza Governorate. The mason crew consisted of four skilled masons, two apprentices, and one site engineer, working over a period of twenty-two (22) business days from 20 May 2025 to 12 June 2025.
