Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Ababa Mason & Construction Services, a registered masonry and construction firm operating in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code and the Federal Revenue Authority regulations. Payment of the full net amount stated above is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. The client, Kezira Residential Development PLC, shall remit payment via bank transfer to the following account:

Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement. This Invoice becomes void if not settled by the stated due date, and the Mason contractor reserves the right to suspend all ongoing masonry work at the project site in Ethiopia Addis Ababa until full payment is received. All prices are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are inclusive of labor, standard masonry materials (bricks, cement, sand, rebar), and equipment usage. Any additional masonry work requested beyond the scope of this Invoice shall be subject to a separate quotation and written approval.
Additional Notes & Certifications
This Invoice certifies that all masonry work described herein was executed by a licensed Mason and a team of qualified masonry artisans under the direct supervision of Master Mason Dawit Tesfaye, holder of Ethiopian Construction Industry Authority (ECIA) License No. M-2019-0452. All brickwork, mortar joints, and structural masonry elements comply with the Ethiopian Building Code (EBC 2015) and the Addis Ababa City Construction Standards. The masonry materials used, including locally sourced clay bricks from the Bishoftu kiln district and Portland cement from the Ethiopian Cement Factory in Adama, meet the required compressive strength and durability specifications for residential construction in the Ethiopia Addis Ababa climate zone.
The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated above. A copy of this Invoice shall be retained by both parties for a minimum period of seven (7) years in compliance with Ethiopian tax record-keeping requirements. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated masonry services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation under the Addis Ababa City Dispute Resolution Center before pursuing formal legal action in the appropriate court of Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
