Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Accra Mason & Construction Ltd., a registered Mason services company operating in Ghana Accra, in accordance with the terms of Contract Reference APD-2025-089. All masonry work described in this Invoice was carried out by qualified Mason artisans under the direct supervision of our senior Mason, Mr. Yaw Ofori, who holds a certified Mason qualification from the Ghana Technical University, Accra.
All materials used for the masonry works listed in this Invoice comply with the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) specifications for construction materials. The cement, sand, aggregate, and concrete blocks were sourced from approved suppliers within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area to ensure quality consistency and timely delivery to the project site.
Please note that this Invoice covers masonry services rendered between 1 June 2025 and 15 June 2025. Any additional Mason work requested after this period will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the client.
Payment Terms and Conditions
- Payment of the full Invoice amount of GHS 455,873.00 is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided below. Cheques payable to "Accra Mason & Construction Ltd." are also accepted.
- A late payment penalty of 2% per month (or part thereof) will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in line with Ghanaian commercial practice in Ghana Accra.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable price adjustments for masonry materials.
- All masonry work covered by this Invoice carries a twelve-month workmanship warranty from the date of final acceptance by the client.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra before any legal proceedings are initiated.
