Payment Terms & Conditions

  • This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, by bank transfer to the account of Mason & Partners S.r.l. at Banco BPM, Milan branch, IBAN: IT60 X050 3401 2000 0000 0123 456, BIC: BPMOIT22.
  • Payment must reference the Invoice number MS-2025-0047 in the transfer description to ensure correct allocation to the Palazzo Sforza restoration project ledger.
  • In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate prescribed by Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002, plus a fixed compensation fee of forty euros (EUR 40.00) as stipulated in Article 3 of the same decree.
  • All works described in this Invoice have been executed in strict compliance with the building permits issued by the Comune di Milano and the conservation guidelines of the Soprintendenza. Mason & Partners S.r.l. provides a ten-year structural warranty on all stonework and a five-year warranty on all applied coatings and fixings.
