Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, by bank transfer to the account of Mason & Partners S.r.l. at Banco BPM, Milan branch, IBAN: IT60 X050 3401 2000 0000 0123 456, BIC: BPMOIT22.
- Payment must reference the Invoice number MS-2025-0047 in the transfer description to ensure correct allocation to the Palazzo Sforza restoration project ledger.
- In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate prescribed by Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002, plus a fixed compensation fee of forty euros (EUR 40.00) as stipulated in Article 3 of the same decree.
- All works described in this Invoice have been executed in strict compliance with the building permits issued by the Comune di Milano and the conservation guidelines of the Soprintendenza. Mason & Partners S.r.l. provides a ten-year structural warranty on all stonework and a five-year warranty on all applied coatings and fixings.
- This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document under Italian fiscal law (D.P.R. 633/1972). A digital copy in PDF format has been transmitted to the recipient via the electronic invoicing platform (FatturaPA) through the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) on the date of issue.

For over three decades, Mason has been entrusted with the preservation and restoration of some of the most significant heritage buildings in the city, including elements of the Duomo di Milano, the Castello Sforzesco, and numerous private palazzi along the Navigli canal district.
The works detailed in this Invoice represent Phase II of a two-phase restoration programme for the eastern facade of Palazzo Sforza. All materials sourced for this phase have been certified as ethically quarried and fully compliant with the environmental standards enforced by the Regione Lombardia.
The client is reminded that the final handover inspection, scheduled for 20 June 2025, will be conducted jointly by the Mason project team, the appointed structural engineer, and a representative of the Milan Municipal Heritage Office. Any minor adjustments identified during this inspection will be addressed at no additional cost within the warranty period.
