Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This invoice is issued by Mason S.r.l., a registered masonry and construction company operating in Naples, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil and commercial law (Codice Civile, Libro V).
- All masonry works described herein were carried out by qualified Mason artisans holding the requisite professional certifications recognized by the Camera di Commercio di Napoli and the local Ordine dei Geometri.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the European Central Bank plus eight percentage points, in compliance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU as transposed into Italian law (D.Lgs. 231/2002).

- This invoice and all associated masonry works are subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Napoli, Naples, Italy. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved exclusively under Italian law.
