Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date. Payment must be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the account of Abidjan Mason & Construction Services at Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire, Branch: Cocody, Ivory Coast Abidjan. Account No: 00012-3456789-01.
A 2% late payment penalty shall be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025. The Mason and his team reserve the right to suspend all masonry work on-site if payment is not received within the stipulated period.
Progress payments are structured as follows: 30% upon project commencement, 40% upon completion of structural masonry (walls and foundation), and 30% upon final handover and sign-off by the client in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
Important Notes
This Invoice covers all masonry work performed by the designated Mason and his crew at the client's residential property located in Yopougon, Ivory Coast Abidjan. All work has been executed in strict compliance with the Ivorian Code des Constructions and local building regulations applicable in Abidjan.
The Master Mason, Jean-Marc Traoré, guarantees all structural masonry work for a period of five (5) years from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, structural cracking, and mortar failure under normal residential use conditions.
All materials used in this masonry project are certified and sourced from approved suppliers within Ivory Coast Abidjan. Cement used is of type CEM II 42.5N, and all concrete blocks meet the NCI (Norme Côte d'Ivoire) standards for load-bearing applications.
Please retain this Invoice for your records. For any disputes regarding the scope of masonry work or billing, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Ivory Coast Abidjan before pursuing legal action.
