This Invoice covers all masonry, stonework, and related construction services rendered by Mason Stone & Construction Co., Ltd. at the designated heritage site in Japan Kyoto between March 3, 2025 and May 28, 2025. All work was performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in Contract KYO-REST-2025-031 and in compliance with the Japan Kyoto Municipal Heritage Preservation Ordinance.

Mason warrants that all stone materials used in this project are sourced from certified quarries within the Japan Kyoto prefectural region and meet the quality standards required for designated cultural property restoration. A five-year structural warranty applies to all masonry work detailed in this Invoice.
