3. The mason crew assigned to this project holds valid work permits and insurance coverage as required by Kenyan labour law. All workers are registered with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF).
4. Materials specified in this Invoice were sourced from approved suppliers within Nairobi, Kenya. Any substitution of materials requires prior written approval from the client.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in construction materials in Kenya.
6. A 12-month warranty is provided on all mason works covered by this Invoice, commencing from the date of final inspection and sign-off by the client.
7. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya.
