Terms, Conditions & Payment Information
This Invoice is issued by Mason Construction & Services, a registered contracting firm operating in Kuwait City, Kuwait, in accordance with the terms set forth in Contract No. MASON-CTR-2025-012. The total amount due on this Invoice is Twenty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Four Kuwaiti Dinars (25,544.000 KWD), inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax as mandated by the Kuwait Tax Authority.
- Payment Due Date: The full amount of this Invoice must be remitted no later than 15 July 2025. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue as stipulated in the master service agreement between Mason and Al-Nakheel Real Estate Development W.L.L.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Mason Construction & Services, Bank of Kuwait, Branch: Salmiya, Account No. 0047-2291-8834, IBAN: KW81 BKWT 0000 0000 4722 9188 34. Please reference Invoice No. MASON-KWT-2025-0347 in all payment communications.
- Late Payment: In the event that payment is not received by the due date, a late payment interest of 2% per month (or the maximum rate permitted under Kuwaiti law, whichever is lower) shall be applied to the outstanding balance. Mason reserves the right to suspend ongoing work on the project site in Kuwait City until all overdue amounts are settled in full.
- Warranty: Mason Construction & Services provides a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty on all masonry, plastering, tiling, electrical, and plumbing works detailed in this Invoice. This warranty is valid from the date of final handover and is subject to normal wear and tear. Any defects arising from material failure or force majeure events (including but not limited to extreme weather conditions common in Kuwait) are excluded from this warranty.
- Disputes: Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the underlying contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait City, Kuwait, in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Both parties agree that Mason's project records, daily logs, and inspection reports maintained at the Salmiya site shall serve as primary evidence.
- Regulatory Compliance: All works described in this Invoice have been executed in full compliance with Kuwait Municipality building regulations, Kuwait Fire and Civil Defense safety codes, and the Occupational Safety and Health requirements of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Mason holds all necessary trade licenses and permits valid for operations within Kuwait City and the greater Kuwait metropolitan area.
