Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice, issued by Mason Construction & Renovation Services, S.A. de C.V., is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Payment shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the following account:

A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of July 15, 2025, in accordance with Article 2201 of the Mexican Civil Code applicable in Mexico Mexico City. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. All work performed by Mason is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance by the client.

All services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations of Mexico Mexico City. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables and confirms satisfactory completion of the scope of work outlined above. This Invoice constitutes the final billing for Project Reference GV-2025-031 and supersedes all previous estimates and provisional invoices issued by Mason during the course of the project. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the commercial courts located in Mexico Mexico City, CDMX, México.
