Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Mason & Construction Services, Bank of Africa, Casablanca Branch, IBAN: MA64 4002 1010 0001 2345 6789 012. A 2% late payment penalty will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date as stipulated under Moroccan commercial law. The client is required to provide a 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Invoice to secure the mason team and materials for the Morocco Casablanca project site.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All masonry work described in this Invoice has been executed in accordance with the Moroccan Building Code (Code du Bâtiment) and the specific municipal regulations of the Casablanca urban planning authority.
2. The mason team assigned to this project consists of one lead mason, three apprentice masons, and one site supervisor. All personnel are registered and insured under the Moroccan social security system (CNSS).
3. Materials including bricks, limestone, concrete, and mortar were procured locally within the Morocco Casablanca metropolitan area to ensure quality control and reduce transportation costs.
4. This Invoice covers masonry work only. Plastering, painting, electrical, and plumbing works are excluded and will be invoiced separately by their respective contractors.
5. A 12-month structural warranty is provided on all masonry work from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in brickwork, stonework, or concrete masonry arising from workmanship will be remediated at no additional cost to the client.
6. The project was completed over a period of 28 working days at the client's property in the Gauthier district of Morocco Casablanca. All site access, scaffolding, and temporary structures were provided by the mason contractor.
