Payment Terms & Instructions

Payment Due: Within 15 calendar days from the issue date of this invoice (by 30 June 2025).

Payment Method: Bank transfer to Golden Brick Mason & Construction Co., CB Bank, Yangon Main Branch, Account No: 001-456-789-012, SWIFT: CBBKMMYY.

Alternative: Cash payment accepted at our Yangon office (245 Bogyoke Avenue, Kyauktada Township) during business hours (09:00–17:00, Monday to Saturday).

Overdue Penalty: A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to any balance outstanding beyond the due date, in accordance with Myanmar commercial practice.

Reference: Please quote Invoice No. GBM-2025-0472 with all payments.

Important Notes & Conditions

1. All masonry work described in this invoice has been completed and inspected by our senior mason supervisor. The client has signed the site completion certificate dated 14 June 2025.

2. A 3-year workmanship warranty applies to all structural masonry elements. The stone cladding warranty is valid for 5 years against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to our Yangon office.

3. This invoice covers masonry services only. Electrical, plumbing, painting, and landscaping works are excluded and will be invoiced separately by their respective contractors.

4. All masonry work was performed in compliance with the Myanmar Building Control Law and Yangon City Development Committee regulations. Permits and approvals were obtained prior to commencement.

5. In the event of any dispute regarding the masonry work quality, both parties agree to first seek resolution through the Myanmar Construction Industry Association mediation process in Yangon before pursuing legal action.

6. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised invoice reflecting current material costs in the Yangon market may be issued.
